President & CEO, The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc since August 25, 2017. Previously he had served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from July 2015 to August 2017. Served as Executive Vice President—Supply Chain, Logistics, Omnichannel Fulfillment and Global Sourcing of Hudson's Bay Company since 2013. Previous posts held at Hudson's Bay Company include Executive Vice President—Supply Chain, Logistics, Omnichannel Fulfillment and Information Services from 2011 to 2013, Senior Vice President—Supply Chain, Logistics and eCommerce Fulfillment from 2010 to 2011 and Executive Vice President—Operations from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Tracy has prior experience as Chief Operating Officer at Fortunoff and Nine West Footwear Corporation and has served in various senior leadership positions at Lord & Taylor and Abraham & Strauss Department Stores.
Mr. Veit joined the company May 1, 2017 with more than 35 years of IT experience. He served as Chief Information Officer and EVP, Distribution, Real Estate & Facilities for Nine West Holdings, Inc. from 2007 until 2017 prior to joining Bon-Ton. He held other positions for Nine West Holdings, Inc., including SVP Corporate MIS and Vice President, MIS. Prior to Nine West, Veit was at Ames Department Stores, Inc. from 1997-2002. Prior to this he held various positons at Fay's Incorporated and American Stores Company.
Mr. Stauffer has served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of Center Core and Children’s from May 2016 to May 2017 and SVP, GMM of Men’s, Children’s & Home from June 2015 to May 2016. Chad joined Bon-Ton as Group VP of Private Brand Strategic Planning & Product Development for Men’s & Children’s in April 2015. Mr. Stauffer also held the position of VP, DMM of Home at Belk, Inc. from 2012 to 2015 and VP, DMM of Children’s from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Stauffer has also served in various merchandise leadership positions with Sports Authority, Kohl’s, JCPenney, and May Department Stores.
